Enzo GullottiÂ
Executive Chair

Enzo Gullotti is a well known  35 year veteran of Australian construction industry, in particular in Victoria and Western Australia. He founded and grew a successful formwork business (steel reinforced concrete)  into a Global Construction Services which then merged into SRG, a significant ASX-listed construction business. He then founded and chaired Australia's first waste to energy business, disrupting the waste industry and achieving financial close on a half billion dollar project financed deal, working with the CEFC along with private commercial lenders.Â

Raj Aggarwal
Co-Founder, Executive Director -
Investment & Commercial
Raj is well regarded finance professional, starting his career in investment banking with Macquarie Bank in Australia and internationally, specialising in infrastructure and renewables project financing. After a decade with Macquarie he successfully led various financings- including as CFO of Select Carbon where he led a sale to Shell, and for a  waste to energy plant achieving  financing (working with Enzo), along with founder/board roles on an Australian Battery manufacturer, a renewables developer and financing South Australian energy infrastructure and various renewable energy projects.Â
Don Johnston
Co-Founder, Executive Director -
Strategy & Stakeholders
Don is an experienced corporate strategy executive and advisor. He started his career in manufacturing performance improvement for capital intensive industry in Europe including extensive work for Rolls Royce and Metso Minerals, with expertise in working capital management. He has spent 20 years in Australia working with Bain & Co, cofounding  a boutique strategy consulting firm bought by Marsh and other senior strategy development roles including as an executive at a $20bn state owned infrastructure business.Â

Azlan Ho
Executive Director -
Operations Development
Azlan is an operations and reliability leader, with a background in plant control systems. His early roles included operations management for paper mills. He has then worked as senior reliability engineer for ABB manufacturing systems in the US, as well as working across many parts of Australia in senior portfolio and study roles with Worley, BHP and Fortescue.Â

Lachlan Roberts
Project Director
Â
Lachlan Robert's  is an experienced and well regarded project director and construction industry professional.
He most recently worked in a project financed industrial renewable player Vast, a technology company leveraging next generation concentrated solar thermal power (CSP) systems to decarbonise electricity, transport and industry based in Sydney and with a major solar thermal project in South Australia. Lachlan was COO of Vast, with his role broadening from GM of Project Delivery and Development, successfully hitting various key development and engineering key milestones.Â
Sarah Stanley
Communities Engagement Manager
Sarah Stanley is Collie Community Relations Manager. She was President  of Collie Shire for many years as well as Chair of the Bendigo Bank, is owner of a communications and marketing agency and runs both  a local public house as well as a lodging.Â

She has a strong background in corporate governance as President of the Shire of Collie and former Chair of the Collie Community Bank branch of the Bendigo Bank, as well as serving on numerous community committees over the past decade.

Karl Matacz
Chief Financial Officier

Karl Matacz is a seasoned CFO and well respected expert in large scale financial control and capital  deployment. His career spans top roles stewarding capital in public and private sectors, including as CEO of a large national electricity company in the Middle East and CFO of Saudi Water Partnership. He also has held CFO roles through capital raising and major construction/asset deployment phases in telecommunications, and energy retail/transmission and brought rigour in financial controls to some of Australia's most capital intensive businesses such as Telstra.Â

Tina Garg
Senior Legal Counsel
Â
Tina Garg is an experienced legal counsel. She started her career in commercial procurement role at a large infrastructure player. She worked as regional commercial manager for Brightstar in the UK and Melbourne, a global player in technology lifecycle management. She recently worked extensively on commercial contracts for Octave (enterprise software to design, build and operate critical industrial/infrastructure assets).
